Are you Kidding Me!

Poor McKay sick again!! This boy cant win. This morning when I laid him down for a nap he was totally fine and then when he woke two hours later he had a fever of 102. So I took him to the Doctors so I could get him on something before I leave and hopefully make it easier for my mom. The doctors of course never ever give me anything thing and just recommend Motrin. He had a red ears, inflamed throat and oh wait he throw up all over me, the doctor, himself, the chair and all over the floor. They gave me some change of clothes for McKay but on the way back to my mothers he threw up a couple more times. Luckily for me my Mom took Maddi to dance while I stayed home with McKay. The car ride home was horrible, not only did the smell in my car want to make me vomit but both kids screamed for thirty Mins. before they fell asleep. Oh lets hope he gets better before I leave. I feel so bad for him.

Who is going to Cancun?

This year Graham turns 30 in June. So I decided to surprise him with a trip to Cancun. Well a few weeks ago I had spilled the beans by accident but it probably was a good thing because Graham can't find his passport. Now this might not come as a surprise to most of you who know my husband, he is notorious for losing things. In fact when he went to Belize two years ago we had to expedite a passport then. Well today is no different!!! We thought we could do the 44 hour passport but we would have to fly to Colorado to do that. So the quickest and the most expensive way was to get it here by Friday! (Cross our fingers) We leave on Sunday! So, I guess if it doesn't come does anyone else who has a passport would like to come? Its already paid for- an all adult, all inclusive trip!

Maddi's day of ups and downs

Today Maddi had fairy tale ballet. She always looks forward to this class. She loves getting dressed up and loves her teacher Ms. Bethany. Well today she had a little potty accident in class. She came out crying. It was so sad. While we were in the bathroom she said " Mf. Befthany( Ms. bethany) move to another room" I said" that's okay honey" "Mom are you mad" I said "of course not, it happens to everyone" "not you mommy" " when I was little I am sure it happened to me"I said. She seemed pretty satisfied with my answers and decided to go back to class. Luckily for me I had some clothes in my purse for her to put on. She seemed happy to continue back to class. I was so glad to everyone there, who was taking care of McKay and cleaning up her mess. It's so sad when your kids go through something like this because you don't want them to feel embarrassed or feel bad, but the great thing about kids is that they are so strong, and they just bounce back. She ended up having such a great time in class she had forgotten that it even happened.

After Maddi's Miss-hap with dance it was off to Stockton's birthday party! She was so excited to go. It was one of the cutest parties! They all dressed up as Teenage mutant ninja turtles. So cute! And they had the ninja master come in and teach them some karate moves and they had a fun obstacle course that Maddi just loved. Then they had the bad guy( don't know the names of them) come in and they had to fight them off, although Maddi just came running to me because she was so scared! It was pretty funny.

Happy Birthday Stockton. We sure do love you! Thank you for such a fun party. Maddi had a blast and cant stop talking about it!

Graham's weekend with the Kids in St. George

This weekend I had to judge a dance competition in Idaho Falls. So Graham decided to take the kids down to St. George with all of his family. The kids had so much fun this weekend. I am so proud of Graham, not only did he have the kids all weekend but he also took them on a trip by himself. Pretty impressive!


It looks like all Maddi did this weekend was sleep. No wonder why she was wild when she came home!

Maddi has been so disobedient and has thrown many of tantrums. Not to mention she hurts McKay all the time and it is so sad. I am losing my patience with her. It is so hard for me to take it day after day. I try so hard every morning when I wake up to be nice and patient and just keep putting her in time out or taking away things that she likes but by the time the afternoon hits I am DONE!!! I lose my patience and I cant handle it anymore. Then I feel so bad for getting so mad at her. AWW it's like a never ending cycle. I miss my sweet Maddi. I am hoping that this is just a phase and she will turn into sweet Maddi again.

Day full of Mess

When Maddi was McKay's age she rarely messed up the house or got into anything. I never had to baby proof my home. McKay on the other hand is the complete opposite. I am chasing him all day and cleaning up his mess. First was the kitchen, I wish I would of taken a picture of that. He had got all of my Tupperware, and some pots and mixing bowls out. Spilled syrup all over the floor and rubbed animal crackers in the syrup . While I was cleaning that mess up he came into Maddi's room and took out most of her toys and shoes and whatever he could reach. This room was spotless before he got to it.

Then while I was cleaning her room he had ripe a few of the blinds down.

This boy gets into everything!! It is always a crazy day with him. Is anyone else boy like this or just mine?
